Responsibilities
  • Conduct interactive training sessions to improve communication, leadership, teamwork, and other essential soft skills.
  • Assess training needs and develop customized training programs to meet individual and organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to participants to ensure skill development and growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.
  • Collaborate with team members to design innovative training materials and resources.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Certification or relevant qualifications in soft skills training would be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary.
